How can I order?
You can place an order via our webshop.
What are the opening hours?
Our company is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30. During these hours our customer service can also be reached by phone.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping contribution for deliveries within the Netherlands is always 7.25 euros. For shipments abroad the shipping costs are higher.
Does Motorsteunen.nl also deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe, our products are delivered daily both domestically and abroad.
What are the payment methods at Motorsteunen.nl?
Through our webshop you can pay by means of pre-transfer, credit card or payment via IDEAL. At our company you can only pay cash and exact amount.
What is the delivery time?
In most cases, products that you order on a working day before 11:00 and pay for immediately, will be shipped the same day. We will keep you informed when the delivery will take place. If you order a product in the evening or during the weekend, it will take one working day longer before we ship your package.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my home address?
We ship your package within the Netherlands to the address of your choice. You can indicate during the ordering process if you want it to be delivered to a different delivery address.
Can I also order by telephone?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone. Ordering is only possible via our webshop environment or by e-mail.
